Smart Wall Panel is an energy – efficient rigid foam insulation panel which comprises a non-combustible insulation core sandwiched between two light weight facer boards. It is primarily used as an insulation system for external walls, columns and beams. It can be used in new construction projects or as a retrofit solution for existing buildings.

Easy to Install:

It start with the Smart Wall Panels glued to the walls with adhesive and installed horizontally. The edges are easily cut and shaped easily with simple hacksaw blade according to the structure and additional bonding is ensured by mechanical fasteners drilled to the wall. A cementitious base coat is applied to the surface of the installed insulation board to the required thickness. Special reinforced mesh is embedded into the wet cementitious base and troweled until the mesh is fully covered and a smooth well finished surface is achieved. After a cure time of 12 hours a finish coat is applied. The finished walls look smooth, elegant and durable, ready for the paint or stone cladding of your choice.
